the U.S. Copyright Office, therefore, being fully protected
by Federal Law and punishable with the maximum penalties
and fines.
There will be no commercial usage
fee for personal use of the photograph(s). Personal
use of the photograph(s) is defined as this -- Displayed
in the purchasers’ home only.
Usage rights of the photograph(s)
are non-transferable to anyone other than the owner.
The personal use photograph(s) shall
not be reproduced in any capacity, (no novelties, no
business cards, no personal/professional website publication,
no publication in any media, no posters, no cd’s,
DVD’s, screensavers, transfers, general copies,
sales flyers/brochures or any item that may be used
other than as a personal photograph) without written
permission and proper photo credit.
Simply stated no reproduction of the photograph(s) in
any way without written permission and credit.
Commercial/Professional/Business use of the photograph(s)
must be underwritten under separate contract/cover which
(may) include fees or service charges for the use of
the said photograph(s) in a commercial /professional/business
venue. Commercial use photograph(s) are not to be reproduced
in any way without a contract/cover which states, in
detail, the specific use of the photograph(s).
Failure to comply with any of
the above shall result in a minimum of $5,000.00 fee
per photograph used illegally and/or the maximum Federal
Copyright Penalty and Fine as defined the Federal Copyright
Infringement Laws. Please feel free to discuss your
